Tortilla Soup -tortillas, beans, and corn in a tomato base w/sour cream and a warm flour tortilla.  Serves 1 $6.25

Nachos Grande -tortilla chips, beans, jack cheese, green chile sauce topped with lettuce, tomato, onion. Choice of three Xtra toppings.  Serves 4  $8.95

Chicken Quesadilla - served with baby greens, tomato  onion and a side of beans. Choice of two Xtra Toppings.  Serves  2   $8.95

Main Courses

Carne Adovada platter -pork in red chile sauce with grilled onion, beans, roasted corn and peppers, baby greens and a warm flour tortilla.  Choice of two Xtra  toppings       $9.95

Stuffed Rice Tortilla - filled with choice of tofu or beans, topped with cheese, baby greens, tomato, onion and veggie and fruit salsa.  Choice of one Xtra topping. $8.95                                                                                   

Hamburger, Grilled Chicken or Veggie Burger Platter -w/toasted ww bun, lettuce, tomato, onion , pickle served with side of french fries and salad of baby greens.   Choice of one Xtra topping $8.95

Hearty Rafter’s  Salad – strips of roasted turkey and cheese with baby greens, roasted corn and peppers, tomato and onion.  Served with tortilla chips and choice of two Xtra toppings. $9.95

Guacamole Salad (Seasonal) - served on a bed or tortilla chips with baby greens, tomato, onion and fruit and veggie salsa. $8.95
